GUIDE TO SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATIONS XI INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON ADVANCES IN ORAL CANCER

Only scientific communications in poster format,will be accepted, which will be divided into four categories:

  • Clinical research
  • Basic research
  • Clinical-pathological case
  • Systematic review and/or meta-analysis

The subject of study must be related to benign and/or malignant oral and maxillofacial neoplastic pathology.

In order for communications to be submitted and accepted, at least one of the authors must be registered for the 11th International Symposium on Advances in Oral Cancer. Each registrant may only be the first author on one communication.The Scientific Committee will only accept abstracts submitted through the application in the delegate's personal area.  

Abstracts must be submitted in en English, with a maximum of 200 words, and must include the following sections: Title, Authors and brief affiliation (*including the corresponding author's email address), Objective, Materials and Methods (or Clinical Case), Results and Conclusions. The deadline for abstract submission is 1 May 2026Acceptance of the poster will be communicated by email to the corresponding author before 15 May 2026.. The final poster presentation may be submitted in Spanish or English, in PDF format with vertical layout and 16:9 dimensions.The deadline for final receipt of poster presentations is 7 June 2026. The Scientific Committee will select 8 poster presentations from among all those submitted for presentation in oral format. These oral presentations will be given in PowerPoint or similarformat and will last a maximum of 8 minutes.The selection of these oral presentations will be made before 30 May. The deadline for final receipt of communications will be at the venue of the 11th Symposium itself, on the morning of 10 June 2026.
